These rules are designed to ensure the quality and safe storage of wooden houses – whether garden, mobile or modular – before assembly and convenient use after installation. By following these recommendations, you will ensure durability and aesthetics, as well as avoid cases where the warranty is not applicable.

1. Unloading and packaging preparation

• Unloading should only be done in dry, level conditions, not on wet ground or grass.

• All components must be unloaded carefully, avoiding damage, and placed horizontally, following the marking arrows.

• Packages must be covered with UV-resistant, moisture-proof film or tarpaulin. It is important to leave a ventilation gap.

• Packages must be stored at least 10 cm off the ground – using pallets or boards.

2. Storage until installation

• Store in dry, well-ventilated areas (garages, warehouses).

• If stored outdoors – use a tarpaulin or film that is impermeable to moisture but allows air to circulate.

• It is forbidden to store directly on the ground, concrete or asphalt.

• Recommended ambient temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C.

• If the installation is delayed for more than 3 months, it is necessary to inform the manufacturer about taking additional measures.

• If the house is stored in the package for more than 1 month, it is necessary to open the ends of the package and ensure internal ventilation to prevent moisture accumulation and mold.

3. After installation: impregnation and maintenance

• All wooden parts (walls, doors, windows) must be impregnated within 14 days of assembly.

• It is recommended to renew the terrace and exterior parts once a year.

• It is recommended to use oils or paints suitable for outdoor conditions.

• Clean roof gutters at least once a year, and in winter, remove snow from the roof.

4. Adjusting the "settlement" of the structure

• Wooden structures naturally "sit down". Adjustments required:

• 3 months after assembly

• After 6 months

• After 12 months

• Adjustments are necessary for windows, doors, U-profiles, columns and other structural joints.

5. Terms of Use

• Cabins must be used only for their intended purpose.

• Do not make structural changes, move or add elements without the manufacturer's permission.

• When using insulation, it is necessary to ensure proper vapor barrier and ventilation of air gaps.

6. Pest and mold prevention

• Avoid moisture accumulation – monitor premises and outdoor structures.

• If mold or pests are detected, use only safe and certified products.

• It is recommended to perform a visual condition check every 6–12 months.

7. Customer responsibility

• From the moment of delivery of the goods, the customer is responsible for their proper storage (signing of the consignment note)

• The warranty is void if defects (mold, cracks, deformations) occur due to improper storage.

• The seller reserves the right to waive warranty obligations if these conditions have not been met.
